Hi Ajay, nice to speak to you, I have been following you for around 12 months now via you news letter, very very informative they are too!. Not the best post for a new BUYERS forum but the on thing that you have not covered ( as far as i`m aware?) is an exit route? I currently have a portfollio of 10 properties, all with around 13years to go on mortgages. it`s a long way off yet and more buying to do, but what happens when the mortgae comes to an end and i have to repay the company/ should i selll the worst performing and buy outright the bset properties for an income on top of my pension? or can i still keep the houses (remortgage as a company maybe?) and pass to my 2 boys. i will be 65 by this time.
Can you really tell us the one legal way to do the no money down deals as i tried with a lender and they would not allow it as the solicitor had to disclose the vendor deposit. I am a mortgage broker so have to watch my position.
