Always busy, had a chap send me a property yesterday he wanted out of, worth £105,000 and would take £75,000. My ears pricked up and started doing the DD late last night only to find it is only worth £75,000 anyway. You have to go through 100 duffers to find a diamond

Got your new book few months back here in Malaysia( wonder you guys know where about is my country) and can see a there's a lot of similarities between England in terms of low price/ high yield apartments.

Hi All,
Just saying hello too!! I had a domestic situation and ended up buying a flat which took up virtually all my money. Now looking at raising some more. Any advice gratefully listened to.
