Hi Guys nice to have this forum.   Does any one know if its possible to get a Buy to let mortgage with a 30% Flying Freehold

Hi, im not sure if we are talking about the same thing here, but we got a btl on a 4 bedroom house that used to be a 3 bedroom, the council (When they owned it) mad nextdoor in to a 2 bedroom and the one we bought in to a 4 bedroom. So our 4th bedroom is above and really in next door, only that they have no access to it.
