Have you ever bought from an a Estate Agent?

I have.  99% of my portfolio was bought from estate agents.  In my time I have probably bought 230 properties, sold around 25 and kept 205 and they were all bought from estate agents.

The rest were bought from sourcers or auctions (but not on auction terms).

So how many have you bought via estate agents? Any tips?

I've completed 3 deals with Estate agents. i would like to deal differently but the cost of purchasing nmd deals still cost a few quid

Four houses and now have one. It,s an expencive buisness here in Norway. That,s why i am here trying to get something decent to move back to the UK.

I,m not a great lover of estate agents, had several bad dealings with various agents over the years, worst case was a local branch in Ipswich who thankfully are no longer trading, the manager was too busy showing off his new BMW and kept me waiting 20 minutes in the office ( He knew I was there !), they then decided to send a colleague round to market the property, she had ripped tights, what looked like half her lunch down her blouse, and upon receiving and viewing the sales page for my property there were 52 spelling mistakes !, absolutely incompetent !!!.
