I have recently had 2 mortgage offers withdrawn by 2 different companies, on the same property, the second being withdrawn only 24 hours before completion. Neither company will give an explanation. Both companies recieved all relevant documentation requested.
Is there any action I can take to recoup some of my outlay?
Should the companies give explanations?
