Hi Just had the police raid one of my properties, tenant was producing cannabis. had a cannabis farm setup in the property bedroom. He has been arrested and taken for questioning.
The front door is damage as well as other the bedroom etc.
Nevertheless how do I evict the tenant without getting into trouble with the law.
