hi all,

is buying at property auctions are good place to get BMV properties?  Are there any risks with auctions as some of the deals in Glasgow seem too good to be true.  The obvious benefit is motivated sellers etc but what are the disadvantages?

Any help will be grateful.

You still have to research the market as sometimes the auction price can go well above the market price under heavy biddings
