what happens to tenants that been evicted from your property and where do they and stay,
i think its wrong to evict tenants from the property and know where to go n stay as shelters and hostel are full up and council have many property's
as landlords and owners of propertys that we buy as investmestment is to help those tenants in need if tenants have a problem paying rent they should should contact us and we should try to help them and give them advice. or get them to fill out forms for LHA from the local council.
What about those tenants who claim and get the housing benefit then don't bother giving the landlord what they originally agreed to pay, or even offer part payment!
