Hi

I've been receiving the BMV deals for some time now. How come the finance breakdowns have been removed? Are the Ahuja group no longer providing the finance deals on the properties that they source?

have you thought about buying on a lease option or delayed completion contracts.

I am new to the idea of property acquisition/development.

Could you explain a little more about options and delayed completion contracts in laymans terms...perhaps an example so that I could understand ?
